Sportsden.ie was conceived and developed by Leslie's son Simon Clarke who now runs the family business. The idea was initially to display their range of guns online but has now evolved into a full online sports store.

Clarke's Sports Den is a family run business located in Navan in County Meath. The store was originally set up in the 1970's to supply sports equipment to local clubs and schools who at that time had to travel to Dublin to purchase quality sports equipment. The shop was founded by Leslie Clarke who was himself a keen country sports enthusiast, naturally the store took on the popular local outdoor sports such as shooting, fishing and horse riding.

Over the last 30 years the business has evolved working on the core principle of providing nothing less than 1st class service to every customer who steps through their doors. Today Clarke's Sports Den is one of the leading specialist sports stores in Ireland, They have a huge range of stock and they do their best to cater for all aspects of country sports and most equipment and accessories for main stream sports. Sportsden Ireland policy is that If they don't have it in stock they will source it and get it at the best price available for their customers given a few days.
